Caffeine and Sleep

I've been drinking a lot of coffee lately, and to my surprise, I'm actually sleeping better! Normally when I drink caffeinated beverages, its much harder for me to sleep.

It might be that I'm putting sugar in my iced coffees too though, as if I understand correctly, after the sugar is used up, its common to get tired.

I'm even able to take naps - who would have thought that possible?

That's the problem with energy drinks, the initial rush of sugar jacks up your adrenaline level, but after that is burned off your body tanks.
