It's 1:03AM on a Sunday night / Monday morning, and I can't sleep. I'd been in bed for two hours and I said forget it, I'll get up for now, surf the net a little, try to get bored, and then go back to bed.
I've got a little headache and a lot on my mind, and although I keep telling myself it doesn't help to keep thinking things through over and over again, I can't help it! I enjoy thinking things through when I'm not stressed out, and when I'm going to sleep my thoughts cycle around for awhile and then fade out, and I'm asleep.
But when I'm stressed out, the process seems to amplify and its tough to stop. So here I up, up late at night, awake, wanting to go to sleep. Oh well, hopefully soon! :-)

A few tricks for the hardcore insomniac, although it's helpful if someone else does these things for you you can do them your self:
1. Massage the whole ear - this is very relaxing, i'm getting sleepy just thinking about it
2. Massage the bottom center of the heel - very grounding
