About Sleep
Sleep is perplexing. We don't really know why we need sleep, but we know we need it. Some say its ingrained because of night time, and others say its the time when our bodies rebuild muscles using the potassium-sodium pumps. And yet even others say its when the mind replays our daily activities, learns from our mistakes, and improves our skill sets.
Whatever it is for, I like it. And chances are you do too. However, for some of us, sleep isn't the easiest thing. Therefore, this blog is about sleep!
